Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini, ,sliced thin
1 c. onion, coarsely chopped
oregano
1/2 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese or Mozzarella (chop)
4 Tbsp. dried parsley
2 eggs
Preparation
-
Fry onion and zucchini with oregano, margarine and garlic powder.
Beat eggs in bowl.
Add cheese.
Mix with zucchini mixture.
Place rolls into large pie pan overlapping to form crust.
Put zucchini mixture into raw roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 25 minutes.
