Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation

Mix ingredients and beat 4 minutes.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans (about 2 1/2 cups batter in each pan).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool on rack 10 minutes.
