Fruit Cake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. chopped candied fruit
Preparation
    Mix well Crisco, sugar and egg; add milk.
    Sift in flour.
    Mix in nuts and fruit.
    Chill dough about 1 hour.
    Drop cookies on greased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
