Loaf Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. warm milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix dry yeast in water and dissolve.
    Add milk, butter, salt and sugar.\tStir
    well.
    Add flour in small amounts (save 1/2 cup)
    and
    mix
    thoroughly.
    The
    dough
    will
    be
    stiff. Sprinkle some flour on a dry surface.
    Knead dough until it is smooth. Place dough
    in
    a\tgreased bowl, cover and set aside for 1 hour. Punch
    dough
    down\tand
    shape
    into a small oval roll.
    Place
    in a greased loaf pan.
    Cover and set aside for 35 minutes.
    Bake in\tloaf
    pan
    in
    the
    Dutch
    oven
    for 35 minutes.
    Set
    aside to cool for five minutes and then invert loaf pan and remove.
