Creamy Pina Colada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. (2 c.) lemon sherbet
    1 pt. (2 c.) pineapple sherbet
    1 (10 oz.) can frozen pina colada concentrate
    1/2 to 3/4 c. light rum
    1/2 c. whipped cream (if desired)
    dash of cinnamon (if desired)
    8 fresh pineapple pieces and small leaves (if desired)
Preparation
    In blender container or mixing bowl, combine sherbets and pina colada concentrate; blend until smooth.
    Stir in rum.
    Place in airtight container.
    Freeze 1 to 2 hours or until slushy.
