Raisin Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
    Place raisins in a large bowl.
    Cover with boiling water and set aside for 10 minutes.
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
    Add egg, margarine, vanilla and almond extract to raisins and water.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Mix in nuts. Bake for 45 minutes.
