Cloverleaf Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 egg
Preparation
    Grease large bowl, set aside.
    Heat milk, water and butter in saucepan until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast in bowl.
    Add heated mixture and egg.
    Beat at high speed 2 minutes.
    Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn dough out on board; cover with bowl.
    Set 10 minutes. Knead until smooth 8 to 10 minutes.
    Shape into ball and put in prepared bowl.
    Turn once to grease top.
    Cover and let rise 45 minutes.
    Shape dough into balls.
    Place 3 balls to one muffin pan cup.
    Cover and let rise 45 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
