Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 c. grated American cheese
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
Preparation

Thaw broccoli and chop into small pieces.
Heat oil in saucepan.
Toss in onion and broccoli.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add mushroom soup and heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat; stir in cheese, salt and rice.
(Milk may be added if too thick.)
Pour into greased baking dish, top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly about 20 to 30 minutes.
