My Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    3/4 c. raisins or dates (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Stir in sugars, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
    Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir into zucchini mixture until well mixed.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Cool for 15 minutes in pan; remove to a wire rack.
    Slice when cooled.
