Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 cooking apples
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1/2 c. water (scant)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Peel slice and core apples.
Put in a 7 x 10-inch baking dish. Mix water and cinnamon.
Pour over apples.
Work remaining ingredients together to make crumbs.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until light brown, about 1 hour.
Serves 6.
