Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini, drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together.
Add zucchini, flour, baking powder, soda and nuts together.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
