Crispy Cobb Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. torn assorted greens
2 c. Louis Rich breast of turkey, chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 avocado, peeled, seeded and chopped
6 slices Oscar Mayer bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. Kraft Blue cheese crumbles (optional)
1 (8 oz.) bottle Rancher's Choice Ranch dressing (regular or reduced calorie)
Preparation

Arrange greens, turkey, tomatoes, eggs, avocado and bacon in rows on large serving platter.
Serve with dressing; sprinkle with Blue cheese if desired.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
