Company Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
pepper and salt to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. horseradish
2/3 c. tomato catsup
Preparation

Add bell pepper, garlic, onions, celery and bread crumbs to ground meat.
Work in eggs and milk, along with salt and pepper. Shape and put in loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Mix soup, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and catsup; put on top of loaf.
Bake 30 minutes longer.
Serves 8.
