Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs
    6 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, bananas and sour cream; mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix until all flour is dampened. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    This is a very moist bread.
