Ingredients

1 small box sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
1 heaping c. strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 small box sugar free strawberry Jello
4 pkg. Equal
1 1/2 c. water
8 oz. container cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Mix pudding mix and water in a boiler and bring to a boil; cook until thick.
Remove from the heat and add Jello, stir until dissolved; add strawberries and Equal and stir. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top with cool whip.
