Cheddar Herb Snack Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
2 tsp. Italian seasons
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) fancy shredded Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos, drained
Preparation

In a large bowl combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, herbs, garlic and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt; stir in hot water.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed (scrape bowl occasionally).
Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes with spoon.
Stir in 1 cup cheese and enough additional flour to make a soft dough.
Cover and let rest 20 minutes.
