Macaroni And Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. macaroni and cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine eggs, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, parsley, 1/2 of the oregano, garlic salt and dash of pepper.
    Add ground beef; mix well.
    Shape into 24 meatballs.
    Bake in shallow pan, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Combine dry cheese mix, sour cream, 1/2 oregano and milk.
    Stir in cooked macaroni.
    Turn into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Arrange meatballs atop.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
