Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. orange extract
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Cream sugar with the shortening.
    Add milk, egg and vanilla extract; beat well.
    Add mixture of flour, baking powder and salt. Add orange extract and cinnamon. Stir in chopped cranberries. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
