Zucchini Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. unpeeled zucchini, thinly sliced or grated
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 c. chopped onions
    3 oz. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool in pan. Cut in triangles. Freezes well.
