Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar (I use 1/2 c.)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
3/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat together the sugar, oil and eggs.
Stir in bananas and lemon rind (optional).
Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Add to banana mixture.
Stir until combined.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
