Nora'S Poor Man'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients with milk.
Beat well.
Pour in large iron skillet and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Very good for strawberry shortcake.
