Baby Food Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    3 well beaten eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. soda
    1 jar junior baby food (apricot)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, eggs and baby food with mixer until well beaten.
    Add remainder of ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in three 1 pound coffee cans (well greased) at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour; then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for another 1/2 hour.
    Cool in cans before removing.
