Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 inch) pie crust
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. + 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly, fold in sugar, meal and flour. Add lemon juice and butter. Pour in pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
