Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. raw zucchini
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and vanilla (mix).
    Add zucchini with dry ingredients. Mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased (loaf) pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
