Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. thinly sliced, peeled apples
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cream together the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, alternating with apple slices.
Mix well.
Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for about 60 minutes. Cool and slice.
