Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream together zucchini, sugar, oil and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed mixture. Pour into well-greased and sugared Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/3 hours. Immediately after removing from oven, run knife around edge of pan and center to loosen cake. Let cool completely before removing from pan. Pour Vanilla Glaze over and let set.
