Red Apple Inn Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
2 eggs
6 c. flour
Preparation

Pour boiling water over butter, sugar and salt.
Let cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Beat in eggs.
Add to cooled mixture.
Add flour and mix.
This will be very thin.
Let stand overnight, covered, in refrigerator.
Shape 2 hours before baking. Brush with melted butter and bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
