Hot Cinnamon Bread(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add spices and flour.
    Mix well. Reserve 3/4 cup of this mixture for the top.
    To the rest, add egg, buttermilk, etc.
    Pour mixture into greased and floured 2-quart ovenproof glass baking dish.
    Cover top with crumbles. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with butter.
