Sausage Bread Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. Bisquick
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion.
    Drain.
    In a bowl combine sausage mixture with cheese, egg and seasonings.
    Make dough with Bisquick, milk and mayonnaise.
    Divide dough in half.
    Press half of dough in well greased 8-inch square pan.
    Cover with sausage mixture.
    Put remaining half of dough on top.
    Brush with a beaten egg yolk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut into small squares and serve warm.
    Good with breakfast, for a morning coffee or as hors d'oeuvres.
