Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine water and cornstarch; set aside.
    In small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
    Stir over low heat until hot (3 to 5 minutes).
    Stir in cornstarch until sauce thickens slightly (about 2 minutes).
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
