White Chocolate Chunk Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. white baking bars, cut into 1/4 to 1/2-inch chunks
Preparation
    Beat shortening, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add vanilla and blend well.
    Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Mix well.
    By hand, add remaining ingredients.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet, 2-inches apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
    Cool on sheet for 1 minute. Then remove.
