Smoked Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained and boned
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    salt to taste (probably not enough)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with mixer.
    Chill in original bowl.
    Form a ball.
    Roll in 1 1/2 tablespoons Parkay and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
