Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. pumpkin
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix until smooth. Pour into 3 or 4 loaf pans. Fill pans about half full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
