Surprise Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 regular boxes Jell-O (cherry or strawberry), follow directions for mold
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pt. whipping cream, whipped plain
Preparation
    Add sugar to pineapple and bring to boil.
    Pour all ingredients except whipping cream into Jell-O mixture and refrigerate overnight.
    Mix cream with jellied mixture; let set again for a short time.
    Stir before serving.
