Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 pkg. raisins
    1 or 2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    2 eggs (room temperature)
    2 c. buttermilk (room temperature)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix until all is moist.
    Put in loaf pans greased with vegetable oil.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
