Pineapple Sweet N' Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. beef bouillon
    2 large green peppers, sliced thin
    2 small onions, sliced thin
    2 1/2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple syrup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown pork in hot oil.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add bouillon; simmer 30 minutes.
    Add vegetables and pineapple chunks. Blend together next 5 ingredients and add to mixture.
    Cook, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes or until thickened. Serve over rice.
