Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini, peeled
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped English walnuts
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix oil
and
sugar together;
add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
Add vanilla and sifted dry ingredients
alternately with zucchini.
Fold in chopped nuts. (Batter will
be
thin.)
Pour
into
9
x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
