Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 c. grated zucchini, peeled
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 c. self-rising flour, less 3 Tbsp.
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Put into two loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
