Homemade Bread Or Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 c. shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, cut in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Add to buttermilk, and then to dry ingredients. Blend thoroughly.
Knead and roll out immediately.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Let rise 30 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
