Calzones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves frozen bread dough
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
5 c. spaghetti sauce
pepperoni slices
Preparation

Thaw dough (Italian, French, pizza).
Divide each loaf into 5 parts.
One at a time, roll each piece on floured board or stretch with your hands, making 10 (7-inch) squares.
Fold each dough square over half a cheese slice (pepperoni) to form a turnover and pinch edges to seal.
Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Heat sauce until bubbly and pour on top of turnover.
Serve.
