Moist Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 large eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat shortening and sugar together.
    Add eggs, beating well. Add pumpkin and rest of the ingredients.
    Spoon into loaf pan that has been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
