Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 lb. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together into a large bowl. Make a well in dry ingredients and add eggs one at a time and beat.
Add remaining ingredients to first mixture; mix thoroughly and pour into greased, floured pans 1/2 full.
(Makes 3 loaf pans or 3 large coffee cans.)
