Christmas Wreaths - cooking recipe
Ingredients

38 large marshmallows
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
green food coloring (enough to make it the shade of green desired)
1 1/2 cups corn flakes (DO NOT CRUSH!!)
Red hots and silver decorations for the berries
Preparation

Melt the marshmallows and margarine in the top of a double boiler or over very low heat until melted.
Stir in vanilla and food coloring to tint to the desired shade of green.
Combine marshmallow mixture and corn flakes.
Stir to mix all flakes with the marshmallow mixture.
Stir carefully so not to break the flakes.
Drop by heaping tablespoons on buttered foil.
Then shape into wreaths, using your fingers dipped into cold water so it is easier to shape.
Decorate with red hots or decorations to make Christmas wreaths.
