Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together salad oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla in bowl.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add sifted ingredients to first mixture and blend together.
Add diced apples and chopped nuts.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool bread slightly, then place on aluminum foil while still hot.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Wrap tightly in foil until cool.
