Chocolate Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chips
Preparation
    Combine caramels and 1/3 cup of the evaporated milk in microwave-safe dish and melt, stirring occasionally, until all are melted.
    Combine cake mix, butter and remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk in bowl.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Spread 1/2 batter in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Cool 2 to 3 minutes.
