Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated raw zucchini
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine eggs, oil and vanilla; add to dry ingredients, beating well.
Add zucchini; stir in nuts. Turn into 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) greased loaf pans.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) about 55 minutes or until done.
