Mom'S Special Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage
    3 eggs
    1/2 small carrot, grated
    1/2 small onion
    1/4 green pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Shred cabbage finely.
    Boil 3 eggs and chop.
    Chop 1/2 onion and 1/2 carrot should be shredded.
    Shred pepper also.
    Mix all together in large bowl.
    Add in oil and salad dressing; mix well. Decorate with additional shredded carrots and green pepper strips. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Refrigerate.
