Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin puree
1 c. shredded zucchini
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Mix pumpkin, oil, eggs, zucchini and 1/4 cup water.
Combine with dry ingredients.
Do not mix too thoroughly.
Pour into 1 or 2 greased 1-pound coffee cans half full.
Bake until straw comes out clean. Cool on rack.
Garnish with cream cheese or Cool Whip.
