Polish Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

2 oz. melted butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Melt butter; blend in sugar and remaining ingredients.
Press into shape in an 8-inch square Pyrex dish that had been well greased.
Refrigerate half hour or longer.
