Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded zucchini (3 medium)
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 heaping Tbsp. parsley
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    4 beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Mix together and spread in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until light brown.
    Let sit a few minutes before serving.
    Freezes well.
